That's what I meant.īecause of the way the whole approval process works in ads, it's not unusual to find yourself painted into a corner, meterwise. But the lyrics and the VO copy were carved in stone by the ad agency and the clients and the lawyers way before the music was written, necessitating a bunch of odd bars.
As for the edit limitations, I meant the original TV spot for my thing it wasn't a factor. It's all live playing, so any looseness is a happy accident, I guess. Very cool! Hope the client was delighted.
